The City of Gravette

The Heart of Hometown America

The City of Gravette will host its annual Christmas parade on Saturday, December 7, 2019, at 4:30 PM on Main Street. The theme for this year's parade is 'O Christmas Tree' (yes, 'O', not 'Oh'!) Those interested in joining the parade as a participant can find the entry form below, at City Hall, or by emailing Trophies will be awarded for the most festive entry, best use of Christmas lights, and best use of the theme. Winners will be announced around 5:30 PM on the Kindley House porch at the museum's open house that will immediately follow the parade.

After the parade, the Gravette Historical Museum will host a holiday open house, where guests can visit with Santa, eat cookies and drink cider, engage in crafts, and enjoy the bonfire. The Gravette Police and Fire departments will compete in a chili cook-off with money raised from samples going to the winner's charity of choice. The Gravette Historical Museum is located at 503 Charlotte Street SE.
