The planning department facilitates lot splits, combinations, and lot line adjustments; rezoning requests; variances; conditional use permits; and supports commercial and residential development.
The planning department works with the building inspector and code enforcement official to ensure that applicable codes are followed. The planning department works closely with the Gravette Planning Commission as an adviser by supplying information concerning lot and tract splits, rezoning, and subdivision of land.
