By opting in to receive communications from the City of Gravette through its mass communications system, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

Description of SMS & Communication Use

The City of Gravette uses SMS messages, phone calls, and email notifications to communicate important information to residents, including but not limited to:

Emergency alerts and public safety notifications
Utility outages, service disruptions, and public works updates
Weather-related notices
City announcements, meetings, and community information

Message frequency may vary.

Opt-In & Consent

By providing your phone number or email address through the City’s official sign-up form, you consent to receive communications related to City services and notifications.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out Instructions

Participation is voluntary, and you may opt out at any time:

SMS: Reply STOP to any text message to opt-out of service.
Email: Use the unsubscribe option included in messages or request removal
You may also opt out by contacting City staff directly (see Customer Support below)

After opting out, you will no longer receive messages through that communication channel.

This service is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
