A public hearing will be held before the City of Gravette Board of Zoning Adjustment regarding a request to allow a 850 sq. ft. factory-built home in an R-5 Modular Home district at 104 Nelson Park Rd. SW in Gravette, Arkansas, and owned by Greg and Melissa Moppin. The public hearing will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at the Gravette City Council Chambers located at 202 Main St. NE, Gravette, Arkansas.
