PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held before the City of Gravette Planning Commission regarding a request to rezone land totaling 28.78 acres located along AR Hwy. 72 near N. Mt. Pleasant Rd. in Gravette, Arkansas and identified as Parcels 11-01572-000, 11-01576-000, and 11-01578-000 from A-1 Agricultural to C-2 Highway Commercial.  The public hearing will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at the Gravette City Council Chambers located at 202 Main St. NE, Gravette, Arkansas.  If you have any questions or comments regarding this application, please forward your comments in writing to Planning Department, City of Gravette, 202 Main St. NE, Gravette, AR 72736 or call (479) 787-5757.
