PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held before the City of Gravette Planning Commission regarding a request to rezone land totaling 16.47 acres identified as Parcels 11-02118-001 and 11-02118-02 from C-2 Highway Commercial to R-1 Single Family District and 49.78 acres identified as Parcels 11-00002-357, 11-00002-356, and 11-00002-355 from I-1 Industrial to R-1 Single Family District, all of which are located south of Hiwasse Crossing Road in Gravette, Arkansas.  The public hearing will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at the Gravette City Council Chambers located at 202 Main St. NE, Gravette, Arkansas.  If you have any questions or comments regarding this application, please forward your comments in writing to Planning Department, City of Gravette, 202 Main St. NE, Gravette, AR 72736 or call (479) 787-5757.
