PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held before the City of Gravette Planning Commission regarding a request to rezone property located at 1010 1st Ave. SE in Gravette, Arkansas and identified as Parcel #11-00162-000 from R-1 Single Family District to C-2 Highway Commercial District and Parcels #11-00162-023 and 11-00162-026 from A-1 Agricultural to C-2 Highway Commercial District. The public hearing will be held at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, March 12, 2025, at the Gravette City Council Chambers located at 202 Main St. NE, Gravette, Arkansas.
