Notice is hereby given that the City of Gravette Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow residential occupancy of a 1.33-acre tract of land located at 13071 AR 279 Hwy. in Gravette, Arkansas, identified as Parcel #11-02106-000, contingent upon the property’s rezoning to C-2 Highway Commercial. The public hearing will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at the Gravette City Council Chambers located at 202 Main St. NE, Gravette, AR.
