PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held before the City of Gravette Planning Commission regarding a request to rezone a 69-acre tract of land located near the corner of Hatcher Hollow Road and Forest Hills Blvd. in Gravette, Arkansas, and identified as Parcel #11-00002-045 with 65.9 acres to be rezoned from A-1 Agricultural to R-1 Single Family District and 3.1 acres to be rezoned from A-1 Agricultural to C-2 Highway Commercial. The public hearing will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at the Gravette City Council Chambers located at 202 Main St. NE, Gravette, Arkansas.
