NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Regarding Zoning of Lands within the City of Gravette
The Gravette Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 15, 2024, in the Gravette Council Chambers located at 202 Main St. NE, Gravette, Arkansas. The purpose of the hearing is to allow public comment on a petition for rezoning of certain lands located within the City of Gravette from A-1 Agricultural to C-2 Commercial. The lands for which rezoning is being requested is identified as Parcel #11-00005-315 located at 14833 N. Mt. Pleasant Rd., Gravette, Arkansas, and more particularly described as follows:
