City Hall and Police Department to Move

Gravette City Hall and police station will be moving to a temporary location starting Friday, January 15 and will re-open to the public on Tuesday, January 19. The buildings currently occupied by both departments are being purchased by a commercial developer and will be demolished. The city will be purchasing and remodeling a nearly 10,000 square foot building on Main Street that will house both City Hall and the police department. During the remodel process, City Hall will be temporarily located at 110 Second Ave. SE and the police department will be temporarily located at 1512 Highway 72. Once started, construction is expected to last about nine months. BiLD Architects in Fayetteville will be leading the remodel. City Hall is excited to once again be an anchor in the Main Street community and believes that the change will benefit citizens and businesses alike.
