No Shave November
Officers in the Gravette Police Department were able to raise $200 to help families in need this Thanksgiving by participating in No Shave November. Officers donated $5.00 a week or more for the privilege of sporting a beard through the month of November. The funds will be used to purchase Thanksgiving dinners for families in the community. The Police Department has partnered with Gravette Middle School to purchase and distribute the meals to families in need. Mr. Sharp, the Middle School Counselor received $200 Dollars from Officer Crane on Friday. Students in Family and Consumer Science classes will put the boxes together for families to pick up at the middle school.
